New Builds
Planning on building anywhere in the bay? We’re more than happy to be of assistance. We’ll sit down with you in the first instance to get a gauge of your specific wants and budget. We can then tailor make a package to suit for your needs. We can take your plans or work closely with local designers to ensure your dreams come to reality. We have an extensive range of reliable sub-contractors that we trust and know will get the jobs done on time. From start to finish, we can manage everyone on site to make the whole process as simple and stress free as possible for you.
Renovations
Are you happy with your current location, but a few things could do with a freshen up? Whether it’s a new deck, removing interior walls or adding floor space, we can assist you in turning these ideas into reality. We have experience in dealing with council regulations and advise on what will work the best. We will guide you through the entire process and act as project managers if sub-contractors are required to come in. As your home is your castle, we will respect your space and stay in communication throughout the duration of the project.
Rural Building
As you’re probably busy enough on the farm as it is, those building jobs that need to get done always seem to get put to the bottom of the to-do pile, that’s where we come in to help. Concrete pads, farm sheds, farm houses, whatever the job, we’ll come in and make sure they’re completed on time. Coming from a farming background, we know how farms operate and what they need to operate in a more efficient manner. We also know that weather can prove problematic with high winds and extensive rain, which is why we’re on hand for repair services as well.
